Having started her career as a in-home, traveling personal trainer, Charmi realized that women, especially from the Indian diaspora, seemed uncomfortable lifting weights. She decided to serve this niche by offering in-person training sessions in the privacy of the client's home. She traveled for 3+ years to her clients' homes to provide them the best hands on workouts. Unlike most online fitness professionals, Charmi has experience training women in-person which gives her a unique edge in the way she delivers workouts virtually.
Charmi has a gift for simplifying exercises for the client so that they get the most out of their workouts.
Charmi aims to have her clients feel empowered in their bodies through their workouts, while setting a domino effect to follow other hormone friendly habits.
